Associate Marketing Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Direct Response Marketing
    • Ensure ad quality and placement, as well as relevance to campaign objectives
    • Work with vendors on incoming requests, including creating and executing optimized direct response and all offline campaigns
    • Ensure compliance with Do Not Mail requests, Ad-hoc contact downloads, proofing and other functions as needed
    • Daily management of call logs to ensure accurate attribution
    • Develop segmentation strategies through customer insight analysis, A/B testing of direct mailers

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Management of legacy-based customer program, leaving detailed notes and pulling reports as needed
    • Optimization and regular reporting of our Referral Rewards Program, collaboration with Sales and Operations Departments

  • Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize and expand existing programs that align with customer acquisition goals and initiatives
    • Manage and track incoming requests and ensure deadlines and goals are met
    • Assist in developing and executing an annual marketing plan with holistic budget management for the direct response programs ensuring spend aligns to allocated budget
    • Report on marketing performance and KPIs with the Marketing team on a frequent, consistent basis

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND SKILLS

Creative Marketing Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Creative Production
    • Provide photo and video for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to, direct mail, digital, social media, email, retail, and other collateral pieces as well as internal communications
    • Edit and manipulate photos and print-ready advertisements for publication and dissemination, ensuring all design deliverables comply with brand guidelines
    • Operate digital video equipment, including computers, cameras, audio, and lighting
    • Champion a concept-to-complete production of creative content while adhering to brand guidelines
    • On-site capturing and production of projects, telling the story from beginning to end with clear before and after shots and customer testimonials
    • Produce studio and location shoots for video and photography as needed
    • Execute editing of photos and videos
    • Upload and manage videos to YouTube, Vimeo and other hosting platforms
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily production including monthly dashboard

    • Graphic Design for both Internal and External use, in collaboration with Traditional and Non-Traditional Marketing teams
    • Manage an archive of Marketing’s creative materials including documentation, updates, and completion of Legal/Compliance Audits

  • Creative Analysis
    • Optimize the performance of marketing through the creative strategy
    • Execute creative marketing plans in both traditional and digital channels
    • A/b test concepts as well as messaging based on client insights on traditional and digital channels
    • Draw conclusions from data analysis of performance and determines future creative campaign initiatives based on results
    • Establish and analyze creative level metrics to identify trends, creative hypotheses, and testing objectives

  • Collaboration
    • Facilitate relationship-building in local communities, neighborhoods, and organizations to build brand awareness
    • Collaborate with vendors and Traditional Marketing teams on creative to drive lead generation

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of two years' experience in an agency, freelancer, or as an in-house designer creating impactful and attractive designs, for both print and digital.

Your Crew’s Responsibilities:

Construction Project Coordinator
Construction Project Coordinator

The project coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that each detail in the customer’s order is addressed by managing orders from the point of contract through final resolution, which may include post installation and/or service issues. Works closely with the sales team and operations team to achieve and provide excellent customer satisfaction. Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

ABOUT THE POSITION

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Schedule all services and installation appointments.
  • Upload information into rForce and communication to all parties involved in before and after tasks, including email, phone calls, and GroupMe
  • Work with our install teams, homeowners, and service team to schedule site visits
  • Support the Operations Department with other administrative tasks as assigned

We are seeking someone who is super organized, and detail oriented to be a key support member in the ordering of custom replacement windows, entry doors and patio doors. Proximity Marketing Manager

Richmond Window Corporation, an independently owned and operated affiliate of the window replacement and door division of Andersen Corporation, is now actively seeking a Proximity Marketing Manager to join our team. We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated, organized and outgoing individual to lead our canvassing team within our region.

We are looking for the Proximity Marketing Manager to hire, train and motivate a team of associates that will go out into neighborhoods where we are installing custom window and door products and meet with neighboring homeowners to generate leads and to help schedule appointments for our Design Consultants.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has managed large teams for 3+ years
  • Has data analytic skills and enjoys digging in to learn from trends
  • Has ability to master and effectively recite a script in the field
  • Is willing and able to walk with and coach new Team Leads in the field
  • Has ability to manage Team Leads and a team of canvassers. Works closely with Team Leads daily to provide motivation and coaching to help them reach daily, weekly and monthly Team goals
  • In collaboration with Team Leads, will create and develop the culture of the local canvassing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.

You will deliver world class training program by:

  • Overseeing all canvass field activities, including training, role playing, field supervision and motivating team members
  • Monitoring and coaching all Team Leads to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
  • Providing Strategy Management and Tactical Execution
  • Executing canvass strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities
  • Actively managing program launch through a combination of strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of canvassing activities
  • Developing immediate, short-term and long-term strategies for your market
  • Leading the Team Leads of Canvassers on planning and delivery of canvass activities and events that support objectives and go-to-market strategies within the market

  • Providing daily updates to Director of Marketing
  • Developing and training on advanced canvassing protocols and monitor quality of the leads, canvassers, and adherence to the pitch.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 3+ years of experience managing large teams
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent training and coaching skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
  • Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
